★APPLICATION STEPS★
1. Make sure skin is clean and free of any debris.
2. Remove clear protective film from tattoos surface.
3. Lay tattoo onto skin, printed side down.
4. Hold wet cloth against back of entire tattoo for 30-45 seconds.
5. Remove the white backing paper from the edge.
