ENCOUNTERS:

1: Ken ███ planned to take his daughter (████) shopping after school. During their travels they were set off course due to construction. Arrows and signs lead them through a narrow path through the woods. Ken stated " At the time it felt like the right way to go. There were multiple tire tracks and I could see the tail lights from cars ahead". The path Ken took led him to a large body of water. This body of water seemed stagnant but had small waves and ripples near the center. ████ upon noticing the waterbody immediately lunged out of the car. Darting directly towards the waterbody. Ken jumped out of the car worried and confused. He asked his daughter "Where are you going?".

████ replied "I have to hurry, I'm going to be late!"

From what Ken informed us ████ had fractured her leg the week prior. This required a cast and crutches to heal properly. It should have been impossible for her to walk let alone run at all. ████ reached the base of the waterbody and came to a sudden stop. ████ had drowned while standing at the shallow water's edge. Before lurching over and falling into the water. 

After contacting the local department of transportation, There seemed to be no construction projects on this road during the time. In fact the road Ken drove down led to a dead end.
